But, when they had him on the ground, it did look like he was physically resisting them. I'm not sure, but I think you can get charged for resisting arrest, even if the arrest you resist is later shown to be wrongful. At any rate, when a group of police set their mind to arrest you, I think going limp is fine, but you don't want to fight back. They will never let you go because you manage to struggle free. The cop definitely socked him at 2:48. No excuse for that.
