I don't have much to offer about objective reality changing. Philip K Dick, a master of irreality, has my reality quotational back because I don't have the words to do so myself: However, back in the late 1980s for some reason where I lived LSD was readily available to me and my friends. I did not back down from the challenge of an oversupplied market. I don't know how many hits of LSD I took between the ages of 16 and 22 years old. Many, many sheets and microdot and liquid when I could find it. Too many. But it began with an earnest interest in what I felt was intellectually available to me during a trip that wasn't otherwise. It did not end that way. But it did start that way. I have this to offer: Use it to augment your reality not direct it. Use it to color your direction in life but not lead it. Do not base human relationships on its use. I think that the experience of hallucinogenics is opening. But I think that the repetitive nature that I use chemicals becomes really destructive. And of course having to navigate a black market put me in touch with all types of people that usually I would rather avoid. The beatings I have taken, quite badly once, have all been buying things on a black market for my chemical vocations.Reality is that which, when you stop believing in it, doesn't go away.
