I liked Miller's Crossing overall. It won't go into my favorite movies list, but it was worth a watch. It was good and gangstery. I hadn't heard of this movie before and didn't read anything about it, so I didn't know going in that it was a Coen brothers movie. I took a film class on the Coen brothers in college, so seeing John Turturro and Frances McDormand got me wondering if it was one of their movies. Then seeing Barton Arms as the name of the apartments where Tom lived pretty much solidified my hunch.
