Except it's true.

No human being inherently has right to anything. The only time we have rights is as defined by what society gives to us and what we give to others.

I give others the right to not be attacked, to be stolen from, etc, on the assumption they will not do the same to me. (once you boil it down to the bare essentials, at least. In reality things like empathy come into play)
