If there's one technological advance I really hope for, it's ubiquitous cheap transportation, so that lack of economic mobility can be a thing of the past.Paraphrasing: This study is not just about bias. It is saying that the police officers are picking on the poor people who are going to be outside more, who are going to be more easy to pick on, and so on, and pushing them further into poverty and debt in order to fund their police department and get the city more money.
