It for sure isn't a full game plan, and it may come off as a little cliché, but I think failure is really important. Success, especially for me, is a lot about pushing the boundaries of the possible. Finding the limits of your body, mind, spirit, or the extremes of the world around you. The image of a circle surrounded by light is very influential to me, with the goal being to push the dark back just a little bit more. So, if you aren't failing, you can't really be pushing the bound, right? It is hard to know the limits of you aren't willing to step over them at times and fail. As a student, the aversion to failure is something I see in my peers that scares me.

So, to turn that into a plan, it's all about trying new things. Being willing to do those little things others aren't willing to, be it due to time, motivation, or fear. So, even while I build up a solid base of knowledge and connections, I try to have things cooking. Something's got to work at some point, and I don't want to miss that point by year's.
