It's always bothered me that they insisted on having his trial in Boston.

I mean, the guy needed to be held to account for his actions, and I think just about any court in the US, let alone Mass. would have found him guilty of some, if not all of the charges against him. The one place in which I would have said he would never receive a fair trial is Boston, and because of their insistence to have it in that city, there will always hang a grey cloud over this ruling for me. I will always feel that justice was not "best served", and that the US judicial system was not best represented.
