16 years is plenty of time in most lines of work. I think most anyone would be tired of doing the same thing after so many years, especially such a public job where you have to be on your A game every single day. Top that with the type of content he has to sift through in order to help make his show, I'm surprised he made it that long. Still sucks not to have his show on, though.
