Almost everyone else would vote for independence if it brought in roughly enough money to buy a new iPad, and against it if not.
Somehow I doubt that's a fair read of the data. I was not aware that this was a possibility. If they can be efficient enough to nurture the right industries, I don't see why it couldn't work out for them.
