I guarantee that your Aeron chair will feel amazing, your back will feel better, your neck will feel better... it seems like a stupid late-night TV ripoff thing - and I thought it was when someone handed it to me - but I now carry it with me when I know I will be sitting in a chair for a long time. (I generally prefer motorized desks that let me switch between standing and sitting, but even when sitting, I use this stupid little thing and feel great.)
