It was a good week for our company. We had our first two procedures in San Francisco, our doctor there is fantastic and they could not have gone any better. We also have more sign-ups coming in from San Francisco. I'm on a plane on the way back home, it's my wife's birthday today and with any luck we will spend a couple hours together tonight. Running a business is hard work, very fulfilling, but definitely trying. The hardest part is being away from family. Still, there's a strong sense of purpose given what we are doing. It's awesome.
