Yeah, I had wanted to touch on shared culture and how the splintering of the web along classist or whatever lines would undermine that. Most people definitely gravitate towards wanting to have something to talk about with others besides "Rained yesterday" "Yep". Knee-jerk reaction-wise, I'm in favor of giving the incels more excuses to remove themselves from polite society, but we've already seen the radicalization associated with that. Like the crap I've feebly attempted in my long paragraphs above, I'm hoping there's an explosion in sci-fi content incorporating LLM-level AI. It's ripe for the pickin'. Have I missed it? Because come on, a campaign to convince an LLM that it's Walt Disney is pretty funny.
