Hey that's wonderful. All the best to you tomorrow. My ankle did a similar thing: as I landed on the outside of my foot, it pulled the tendons ripping them a little, but the tedons were still strong enough and the force of landing was strong enough to pull a tiny piece of my fibula off. This injury happened in August of 2012 and I didn't see a doctor until I reinjured it the day before new years eve. Even the day that it was originally injured, I played for another half hour before deciding that playing with pain that great would probably make matters worse. My devotion to the sport came to be three years ago when I was 15. Having only played as a hobby around the neighborhood and in a ymca league five years prior, I then felt the need for a more difficult challenge: high school soccer. The problem with that was that my ball control and tactical knowledge was subpar for even a 13 year old at the same level. So to improve and make the team, I studied and practiced for 20 days worth of time out of four months. I became addicted and that addiction is still apparent today. At deeper level, the challenge is really the addiction but I prefer the package to presented as soccer currently. This is a contributing factor to my being injury prone. Thanks, I try to go all out every time but my work ethic and skills aren't a fair match I suspect. What position to you play? I'm a striker/ attacking center mid./ right winger/ right mid.
