Also, Talk of the Nation did an interesting segment with a few different companies with Christian beliefs back when the whole chick-fil-a boycott/buycott went down. Link My rules: If you make religion a core part of your business (proselytizing or putting it up front in marketing) then I'm not going to shop at your business because you are definitely trying to send signals that say I'm not part of your target market. Now if you are like the Minnesota business they interview in NPR who is Christian but don't market around your Christianity or try to put it in my face in anyway than I don't care and will happily shop at your business.
