I think this misses the point. I don't think most people case if doctors and pilots and manufacturing managers make a lot of money. They do a lot of good in society. The ones who have gained the most in the last thirty years, the financial professionals, may not be the biggest share of the top 1%, but they have made virtually 100% of their money by swindling the rest of us. That's the main issue I have, anyway. Every dollar a bank makes is a dollar that's taken from others, rather than generated.
