The poll by Marketing Resource Group and Mitchell Research found 41% of Michiganders support legalization, regulation and taxation of small amounts of marijuana. 24% of those polled say possession of small amounts of marijuana should be treated like a speeding ticket.

What do you think? I personally don't think it should be illegal at all at small amounts. I do think it should be illegal to grow and sell without some sort of "permit". -Should be a taxable revenue stream.
