I'm tired of how bad store-bought bread is at my local grocery store compared to the in-store baked bread I used to get at Central Market. I'm also poor. So!
I want to start with something easy the first time I do it (also I don't own the sort of pan/baking dish that you normally associate with a loaf of bread so I think I should start simple).
But it would be cool if I could figure out a way to make it taste like honey. My current plan is to use a basic recipe I found online, and then add honey at random intervals. Can anyone improve on that?
EDIT: I'm absolutely amazed at hubski. I've been here for a while now and it still catches me by surprise. I just got a lot of great baking tips from 5-6 different people even though our userbase is still quite small. Incredible.
