Or any other posture/ergonomic related desk setups? I.e. exercise ball for a chair, or a squatting desk.
I've been contemplating making the move to a standing desk for a few months, I'm just nervous about making the move because I've heard it really needs to be done gradually, but the investment in an adjustable desk (allowing for a gradual change) is pretty damn high. I'd like to just take the leap straight to 100% standing, but that's probably not a great idea.
