You’re sitting in the drive-thru of a fast food burger joint on a busy Tuesday evening. It’s been at least 15 minutes since you ordered at the speaker, and your stomach is growling. The line of cars wraps around the building behind you, and hasn’t moved in front of you. Finally! The car at the window pulls away, leaving space for the three cars to move up. Two do so, but the car in front of you doesn’t budge. The driver is texting. Starving, irritated, and bored, you feel anger begin to well up. You lean out your window, and lay on the horn.
