The White Spider

Take Equal parts: Plymouth Gin, Cointreau and Lemon Juice (I used 1.5oz) add just a little simple syrup (to taste) put all in a cocktail shaker without ice, add 1 egg white and shake vigorously (20-30 times). Now add ice and shake again. Strain into your martini glass drink up

. -One of my favorites.

The Side Car

Mix 1 ounce Cointreau, 1 ounce Lemon Juice and 1 3/4 ounce of Cognac and shake over ice. Serve up in a sugar rimmed glass
