I say display who added the tag and see how that approach goes.

That sounds reasonable. It probably would just appear on a hover-over. Although I think the anonymity has had a small positive effect too. But, it works much like a comment, and we have ownership of those.

A new tag overwrites the most recent tag anyway. You'll note it no longer says "gayporn."

This is not something that needs to be fixed.

As it currently stands, you are right.

And that's one reason I never tag things twice.

Don't like any "rules" for using this tag over that tag (associating a username is not really a rule, but is something similar for some purposes). If we want to avoid moderation, this would be a good way to not do that. No one "owns" a tag.

If you want to keep the anonymity, I guess you could always give users an option to 'report' the tag. Then a moderator can decide to delete the tag or ban/deal with the user who inappropriately tagged it. Wait, does Hubski have moderators?

No.

Sounds like a great solution.

I agree. It fits nicely with the user centric approach of the site.
