I really don't know if "justifiability" is a worthwhile matter of debate for people performing acts of resistance on the ground. It's fine for just war philosophers but to expect these concepts to mean anything to a person seeing their society being ground into dust by U.S. forces and it's corrupt puppets is at best naively aspirational. Just war theory is great when you have the luxury of picking whatever target you might desire but it probably looks like a load of bullshit when counting up the dead kids. I'd say the war theory that applies to "terrorist" action is what acts do you have the will to endure.
