We've talked about this a few times. My inclination is just to share the numbers as they are. However, I do understand the point that the numbers probably don't add to the user experience in a positive way, and if anything, might suggest that the site might be judged by them. It would be weird to me to pick up The New Yorker, and see their circulation numbers included with a graph. Changes in the direction and/or slope of the graph would probably influence my experience with the content. That's not to say that Hubski is akin to The New Yorker, but you can take my point.
