I played one once similar to the video you've linked. It was a unity based game, set in WW1, but hypersurreal. The trenches were stretched out, labyrinthine and impossibly high walled, like a surrealist artists interpretation of what the feeling of being those waterlogged, clausterphobic hellholes must have felt like. The antagonist was a rat, but larger than you, and grotesquely malformed. You had no real defence except fleeing it. I remember you could tear legs off the decomposing bodies of soliders scattered around the trenches and throw them to distract the ever approaching and ravenous rat-thing for a few brief seconds while you fled. I cannot remember the name of though.
