Seems like there isn't conclusive evidence but a whole lot of common sense evidence. I remember when I heard about "Fracking" for the first time, it was on NPR. Nothing will jar you out of a day dream like thinking you heard Diane Rehm say "fucking".

    "While the seismicity rate changes described here are almost certainly manmade, it remains to be determined how they are related to either changes in extraction methodologies or the rate of oil and gas production," the abstract said.
So we know they are a result of human behavior but we can't say what behaviors? What are the other possibilities outside of Fracking?
