Just how incredibly small everything's gotten. I am still amazed at the third gen iPod Nano. When I got it, I couldn't believe it was that thin and light. Such a difference between it and the bulky 128MB usb music player I had before it. Or microSD for that matter. 32GB on something smaller than your nails? Wizardry.

Al Shugart worked for IBM briefly, on the RAMAC project. He later went on to form Seagate.
The Computing Machines in the the Future by Richard Feynman is a good presentation on the smallest physical bounds of a computer. He is talking at the atom level back in 1985. Pretty cool.
