these are questions that should have been publicly addressed long before any form of

was ever installed, anywhere.

Since they have been installed, and since the drug culture remains a clandestine, recreational avenue generating an increase in our entire culture of surveillance and counter surveillance

                 complete with their own ear pulling tee shirts
                 and mind numbing iconography
there can be no doubt, an exploration of the interconnectivity between humans that facilitates the movement of goods, services, money, information, and dare I say it? . . .

                         . . . emotion . . . 
could remain an ongoing investigation that might last decades . . .

             who ever would have thought the tools of Complex Systems Analysis
             would have a negative impact on our privacy . . .

I think that basically what I am attempting to say is that I want a list

of every single mutherfuker that has had access to the ALPR data prior to LAPD's filling.

I want to know: who are they? and how has the data already been used?
