insomniasexx, what do you think of this? Looks promising, and reminds me a lot of Sublime / Atom.io, the latter being my main text editor.
This plugin looks cool if you're working with JS and Node.js
I don't code, but back when I did I used Brackets, and it was fantastic. Seriously, I've worked with something like 5 or 6 editors in 3 languages, and even though I haven't touched a piece of code in 6+ months, Brackets remains my favorite of the bunch. I'm sure this new version is great: would highly recommend.
I'm a huge fan of Atom, but the comments on HackerNews suggests that Brackets is a bit faster. They also mentioned something about an inline css editor, automated page reloading and a fancy javascript debugger. Those sound like great features, but I love the package ecosystem for Atom way too much to even think about trying something else right now.
