Just to be clear, is this banning anonymity in general, or just parody accounts? Not that the difference is gigantic, but even Google won't let me use youtube independent of my real name.

What do you mean by that? So far as I know, if a nation is actively enforcing a requirement to register with you real name, it is illegal to be anonymous online.

Just my interpretation of the article, but I think it's just impersonation.

Commenting as "Anon" is legal but something their aiming to stop.

It's definitely one of their goals, but I wish the author was a little more clear on the difference. Really cool article, though!
