My guess is that trucking between big cities will be the first to be automated. Highway automation is the easiest to do - just stay within the lanes and don't crash the guy in front of you. I'd open a distribution center in Rotterdam and Cologne or Frankfurt - 450 kilometers of immer geradeaus.
