Thanks!
This platform is very simple and elegant. Almost as if it was designed by a Go player or game theorist. Very clean and crisp. I imagine it's also relatively easy to maintain, right? Thanks for the good work mk. *and thanks insomniasexx
It was in fact designed partially by an insomniasexx, which I think is a type of Go player.
Hubski is definitely a collaborative battle of sorts between mk, and me, and pretty much everyone who has ever given any input. The truly minimalist nature (not one of my strong suits, although it's getting better) is something that mk just....has. It's not minimalist in the pretty web 3.0 way – where you just put whitespace everywhere and call it minimal. It's like...actually drilled down to an ultra-compact "this is all the information you need" form. Some people love it and appreciate it. Others find it ugly or hard to use. It is less familiar than some sites out there, which I personally think is a good thing.
