This website has been my primary source of dinner inspiration as a financially struggling (medical!) student for the past 3-4 years now. I find her recipes fresh and the steps necessary to make them simplistic. Furthermore, the organization of her meals makes it possible for you to cook for the entire week with one short grocery list and a wide variety of food.
Also, if you're scrambling to make something out of what you already have, http://myfridgefood.com/ is a handy resource. Happy eating!
Great! Thanks for the link, hadn't come across this before. As another suggestion, I was very surprised to find Tesco Real Food a fantastic source for recipes: really well laid out website and you can filter easily for budget and/or healthy food or whatever you're looking for. I like the fact that seeing as they obviously want you to shop at Tesco you at least know that all the ingredients are fairly standard and available locally!
I can really use this. Thanks for sharing!
