But if you're concerned about privacy keep in mind that you're going to be very vulnerable regardless of Kinect, so long as you use OSX/Windows or run an iPhone/unrooted Android phone. Of course, there's more to staying private that running Linux and installing Cyanogenmod, but you get the point.
