Probably exercise, like running or weight training. Since my stress is mental, being able to get away from thinking about difficult problems or emotions is important. When I exercise, I can do something beneficial to myself while keeping my thoughts very simple.

I wishit worked for me it doesn't. Seem like a burden to do it, i force myself to run and jogg
