What's your routine other than waking up at 5?
My routine is as follows:
I drink half a liter of water
Brush teeth
Washroom
Workout for thirty minutes (usually jump rope then a kettle bell workout)
Shower
Meditate for ten minutes
Get dressed
Eat breakfast (usually a blueberry/banana shake)
Then I am out the door. If it is the weekend then I will usually throw in a thirty minute run after my workout and a bigger less healthy breakfast.
