...you get burned cookies for $1400? Speaking as a diehard proponent of toaster ovens, the last thing a toaster oven needs is a 2.3 gHz processor. Primarily they need decent thermal design to eliminate hotspots and resistance to the idea that they have to be big enough to thaw an entire goddamn Freschetta. I have rebuilt my toaster oven twice. The labels on it are Dymoed. This is because it is the last toaster oven you could buy that isn't bigger than a microwave oven. It cost $49 in 1996. it replaced a $29 black and decker that my girlfriend (at the time) didn't bother cleaning the crumbs out of so when it caught fire, she whooped hysterically and laughed rather than, you know, putting it out.
Am I your ex-girlfriend? Although, I always unplugged it while laughing. Isn't that what you are supposed to do?when it caught fire, she whooped hysterically and laughed rather than, you know, putting it out.
