Assuming you aren't residing in the US, you would likely not have an FBI file unless you had engaged in criminal acts against a US citizen such as running a Nigerian email scam.

Anything that concerns foreign or domestic intelligence would be classified as national security and would be exempt from disclosure via the FOIA/Privacy Act, even about US citizens.

Also, the FOIA and Privacy Acts IIRC are things that US citizens can use to obtain records from the government. I'm not even 100% sure if people residing here on visas could use them, but I could be wrong about that.
