In March I'll be going to an all-day music festival, Auckland City Limits. There will be four stages, so I'm bound to miss some of it. I'm only familiar with a handful of these bands - Phoenix Foundation, Che Fu, Naked and Famous, Kendrick Lamar
So, I'm asking if anyone knows of any bands listed here that I shouldn't miss. Full lineup so far is below. Thanks Hubski!
Kendrick Lamar
The National
Action Bronson
The Naked & Famous
Sturgill Simpson
Cold War Kids
Grace Potter
Lord Huron
The Phoenix Foundation
St. Paul & the Broken Bones
Houndmouth
Che Fu & the Kratez

Definitely Kendrick Lamar, The National, Grace Potter, and Shakey Graves. Anything else would be secondary to me after those four.
Cool, I have heard this song a few times on the radio but wasn't aware of the artist.
The National is one of my absolute all time favorite bands. I've seen them perform 5 times between festivals and their own shows. St. Paul is some fantastic, new soul from a guy you would never expect to have a voice, let alone one with that much soul in it. I've heard Cold War Kids put on a hell of a show, but I can't speak from experience. Shakey Graves is an absolute must. By far one of the most talented musicians working today. Try to be sober for that, if at all possible. He's truly phenomenal.
St Paul rocks! Thanks for that. Will check out the others soon.
I've only ever heard live recordings of Houndmouth, but it sounds like they put on a great show.
