After using it a while the only gripes I have are the fixed size and the post layout. The fixed size looks kinda weird on a widescreen, I dunno. I know it's hard to work with the web technologies we've been given, and it's not a huge issue for me. The post layout of the main page seems a bit counter-intuitive to me; when I first saw it I wasn't sure what information the position of a given post was supposed to give. Is the top of the second column the second most relevant/popular/whatever submission or the 11th?

Other then that, Hubski's looking pretty crisp.

A full widescreen layout would make a big difference for me.

If I can articulate my impression better; I find the dimensions displeasing. I would be ok with a three pane layout if there was some sort of asymmetry between the panes. Maybe the first pane is a larger font, has less posts, and is more relevant then decrease the size and increase the frequency for the next two panes.

This is why I also mentioned a TED style layout. If you don't want the site to be so stream like (which I think has its merits) then resize the posts based on relevancy and have the opportunity to affect visitors interactions.

Thanks. Initially the post positioning went left to right, as we read. However, as the posts were offset vertically, it was very difficult to make this out. Now they go top to bottom, moving to the right, so the post in the bottom right has almost fallen off the page.

I think it is an improvement, but a moderate one.

I'm willing to rethink the whole thing if it comes to it. But I do want to absorb this some more.
