My guess is that these publications represent just a fraction of those that are engaging in behavior that breaks their tos. I don't see how this will fix the problem.

An interesting media strategy would be to pump the content of your competitor, and get them banned.

Reddit is full of opinion and there a lot of people if not organisations that use reddit to push there own agendas
