Edit I'm not the best person to weigh in on anything to do with popular culture, but others will - particularly if you create a post addressing that issue. I prefer to never see cinematic or TV celebrations of violence. Violence in the form of gaming is also a problem for me. To be terrorized by the very people who should love and protect us is traumatizing. I wish you both well.Could we not offer asylum to such women who wanted to break free of " culture "?
We do. They are allowed in as refugees, not always and not all the time, but they do get in. Sometimes family members follow them to Canada and murder them anyway. I'll try and get to more of your post later. It's 6:27 a.m. The sun is rising at 6:38 and I'm going to be there on the edge.Furthermore, why is there no outrage when it is a woman slapping, shooting, beating up, murdering, or torturing a man? I mean, in one of these X-Men movies Mystique and Wolverine really F each other up.
I imagine there is outrage somewhere in the chatterverse. There's no shortage of outrage.my wife is a domestic violence survivor and had a long hard road to recover from it.
I know a little about domestic violence and have posted a few stories about it here and here. Obviously nothing as serious as your wife survived.
