Alright, let's look into some material for the next chapter of the sci-fi club.
Here's a list of aggregated suggestions from a few weeks ago:
Neuromancer
I also wanted to throw in some good suggestions from my SO (mostly film):

So speak up for whatever piece sounds most appealing to you. Whichever appears to have the most support this round gets the pick!

Not much activity here regarding a decision. I'm happy to let anyone choose but in case of paralysis why don't we: • read kleinbl00's suggestion Born of Man and Woman • watch The Mars Underground - ranked 1st in The 15 Best Free Science Fiction Movies on YouTube that zebra2 linked EDIT: Crap - I didn't pay attention - just took the first item on the list. How about number 2, 𝑰𝒍𝒍 𝑭𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘 𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑫𝒐𝒘𝒏 instead
The Martian Chronicles would be cool, haven't ready any Bradbury besides the one everyone reads. I'd like to see discussion on Nueromancer, although it's kinda pulpy and I feel lacks the depth of some classic sci fi. I'm probably about do for my annual read of it though. I'd be interested in A Darkling Sea but i'll probably dog it, my standards for sci-fi films are entirely too high. Regardless of what is decided I think Elephant's Dream should be included cause it's only 9 minutes. The Last man on Earth sounds more suspense/horror and not really sci fi at all.
If we're gonna do Matheson let's do a short one to get participation up.
Yes please! My reading time is limited so shorter means I can join in.
