Clearly posits that he might just be paying off campaign debt. 60% of contributions are used for that.

And the other 40% is apparently going into the RNC general fund, so the total has fuckall to do with the election, and has everything to do with (a) getting Trump's cronies richer and (b) putting money into the senate races in GA.

I have no idea if this is legal or not, but I imagine it is given that it says exactly what they're doing in the fine print. These donors are so stupid that the Trump crew aren't even trying to hide it.
