China's space program is a fledgling. However, it is growing rapidly and has a vision, while the US space program seems to be stagnant. Also, China is the leading the world in renewable energy investment. With that poster's kind of national attitude, I have no doubt that China will one day become the superpower on earth. Of course this speculation isn't some type of revelation, but it'll definitely be interesting to see what happens in the future, especially me being racially Chinese. In theory, America is great. But I've just recently been questioning many of the core assumptions I've had about America such as whether Democracy is really that great(if anyone can defend it well, please do so because I'm gradually growing cynical about it) and why we are supposedly the greatest nation on earth. This isn't me trying to go pro-Chinese or anti-America. I am as patriotic as any other guy who tries to think critically. Ultimately, I wish everyone would just view each other as human beings and stop this 19th century nonsense of nationalism(but that won't happen until we definitively find an alien species). Anyway, just some thoughts.
