My girlfriend just finished doing a cleanse, a 12 day strict diet, to sort of kick start an overall diet change. I've bee eating healthier as a result. This dude has a a lot of stuff to say about gluten. He's got a tonne of videos out, and really seems to know his stuff, and did his research. Part of the reason I left Reddit is the overall message about food there. I'm no new age hippy or anything when it comes to food, but I've done a lot of reading and personal research to the point where I know how to eat healthy. I just don't always do it, haha. What do you think? Have you had any issues with gluten? Ever gone on an elimination diet?
