I've rented property, and a good tenant is a godsend (and few and far between). Surprisingly (to me), military personnel are great to rent to as it only takes one call to their CO to resolve any issues. And, they never want to be in a situation where the landlord has to make that call.

I'm curious as to how prevalent trans-fat usage is in food products these days. Seems, many products make a point of not having any.

I am looking forward to seeing this game released, but a bit wary about the gameplay. I mean there still does not seem to be a lot of beyond exploring (which can be fun)
