"I don't think it is fair to compare BRAINSTORMING, a pre-project exercise designed to get lots of ideas on the table and to think outside of the box - which requires a judgment-free and non critical environment, with POST-PROJECT FEEDBACK, designed specifically to judge the success of the project, especially when that project has failed. These are two completely different phases and require fundamentally different management tactics"
