I am inordinately late, but I absolutely caught those games. Brings back sad memories though, as a Warriors fan.
Wax Tailor, Nightmares on Wax, DJD2, Boozoo Bajou, and some other bands of that style (kind of electronics mixed with trip hop. If you enjoy Portishead, you’ll enjoy their musical styles). Also, I’ve been fascinated with Willie Dixon lately after learning how much influence he had on bands—The Doors, Lee Zeppelin, and Cream all did variations of his works (I’d say converse, but I think it’s too liberal given how much some of them varied).
The only thing somewhat befuddling me is are there communities and how do they work? Do I just have to endeavor to search via hashtags and hope to stumble onto people with similar interests, somewhat like on Twitter when searching for a topic?
It would’ve been interesting to know how regular story mode gaming and online gaming impacted the teenagers. For example, did gamers who preponderantly played online cooperative/team based games score higher than those who did not? Though, that question itself raises questions concerning whether or not the more morally astute/adjusted individuals were more likely to participate in multiplayer online games rather than isolated story mode.
Given Reddit’s current inordinate censorship of opinion and dictation of a political narrative, it should be interesting to see how China monopolizes on this opportunity to help shape the hive mind.
