Poor man's implementation: create a bookmark javascript:jQuery('.subhead').click(function(){jQuery(this).parent().parent().parent().find('.comm, .subcomm').toggle()}). Click on the bookmark, then on the comment's timestamp. Can be vastly improved, if someone feels like working a bit on it.
