The original was either 64 or GameCube, probably GameCube. But not all of them had this mechanic, afaik.

This did make an interesting game. It was used years ago. I believe it was used in Super Paper Mario, on the Wii. That was 2007. This is an old concept, by most video game aging metrics. Wikipedia entry Editing to say, Bradley, that you should correct me if the video is of something else. I can't watch it at school, I just assumed.
